No action is needed if DTC is set a few times (1-5). If set frequently, check other nodes in CAN network and wiring of CAN bus. Thereafter, replace ECU if problem remains.
What you'll see
If the MBS is restarted the driver will notice it by buttons not working and the ceiling lighting going off.
System reaction
The system performs software reset under some circumstances.

Overload in CPU or stack memory is detected.

Abnormal external conditions such as faulty communication links etc. Software flaws.
