System reaction
An amber warning will be shown in the ICL. Expansion node's LED indicator: - No LED is powered or flashing. (Dead expansion node) - Orange LED blinking every second (Application is running) - Yellow LED is not active (No CAN traffic) - Orange LED triple flashing (Application is not executing) Functions dependent on information from MBS_J might be degraded.
Diagnostic depth
Communication MBS_J node has timed out. Communication interrupted or missing.
The fault is most likely in the MBS_J unit or the violet CAN bus. • Power supply to MBS_J has failed. • MBS_J unit disconnected from the violet CAN bus • Faulty or dead MBS_J unit - During production the fault is most likely uninstalled expansion unit or incorrect installed expansion or dead expansion
