#Not implemented. Status throttle, low idle switch error
Check the low idle accelerator switch and its corresponding CAN signal. Check and correct trouble codes in the chassis to eliminate faults that may prevent the messages from beeing sent. If there are more fault codes for message or communication error, check the CAN bus wiring on both sides of the chassis system's gateway and its power supply.
What you'll see
Functions dependent on the signal might be degraded. For example: - While idling with parking brake active, the engine will shutdown after the maximum allowed idle time has passed, regardless of throttle position.
System reaction
If the low idle switch is not available, engine shutdown might not be able to be cancelled. Meaning that the engine will be shutdown even when the driver is pressing the accelerator pedal.
Diagnostic depth
Corresponding CAN message is missing
A control unit is not communicating on the CAN bus or the messages/Signal are not passed through the chassis system gateway.
