Evaluation Condition SINCOS sensor with power supply selected. Set Condition: Sensor Supply voltage or current out of range. Clear Condition: Restart unit.
Possible cause
External short circuit of power supply to SINCOS sensor. External open connection. Internal supply failure. Wrong type of sensor connected.
