System reaction
- The system will continuously try to use the injectors regardless of malfunction - Maximum torque is not achieved - Engine starts badly or doesnt start at all - Engine has misfire and runs bad
Diagnostic depth
Detection
- Permanent open circuit detected on the injector coil(s) or the cabling to the injector(s). - The fault is detected only when engine is running.
Possible cause
- Cables or injector connected to cylinder 4 malfunction. There is probably a short circuit in the coil(s) or between the injector cables.
