Compressed air pressure after orifice in the EEC system
Check if there is any blockage in the nozzle or the air path between dosing unit and nozzle. For engines with NOx-control software, confirmation of repair requires:- No air pressure sensor errors for EEC- No urea pressure sensor errors- No compressed air valve error for EEC- No compressed air pressure error for EEC- Execute the βSCR invalidation testβ with SDP3 (takes approximately 30 minutes and needs to be run outdoors)- Or make sure that the SCR system starts up and drive the vehicle on the road for 15 minutes four times with ignition key off for 90 s in betweenIf the fault is remedied, the DTC should now be passive.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
The EEC system will not inject any urea, which leads to higher emissions. For engines with NOx-control software, this DTC is classed as a type D failure.
Diagnostic depth
The compressed air pressure difference before and after orifice is below min level.(Refer BOSCH SW-specification Y281S01334-VC0 for more details. Error path: ep06_s_def_ouw.10, sapo_s_def_ouc.5.)
The nozzle or the air path is blocked.
