Pump motor speed in the EEC system
Clear the fault codes. Turn the ignition off, wait for at least 90 seconds and turn the ignition on. Repeat this a few times. If the fault code is regenerated, check if urea pressure is built up. If the pressure build up seems ok, check the speed sensors. If no urea pressure is built up, check if any visible blockage of the pump or in the pressure line. Note that it may take up to 90 seconds before the system shuts down after switching the starter key off.For engines with NOx-control software, confirmation of repair requires:- Turn the ignition off, wait at least 90 s- Turn the ignition on If the fault is remedied, the DTC should now be passive.

System reaction
The EEC system will not inject any urea, which leads to higher emissions.For engines with NOx-control software, this DTC is classed as a type D failure.
Diagnostic depth
The pump motor speed is below 600 rpm when the output to the pump motor is above 50%.(Refer BOSCH SW-specification Y281S01334-VC0 for more details. Error path: ep04_s_def_ouw.3, pump_s_def_ouc.0.)
The pump motor is blocked or the signals from the hall sensors are not correct.
