Clear fault codes. Do as follows if the fault code is regenerated: Check that the sensor is positioned at the right distance from the camshaft gear.Check that the sensor is connected to the right pin on the engine control unit (try changing polarity).Renew the sensor.

The crankshaft sensor registers that the engine is rotating, but the camshaft sensor generates no pulses.
Possible cause
