Handling errors with no other DTC

Printout delayed: - During a long printout, the print head temperature is too high; wait to cool. Printout inconsistent: - Check tachograph card - Analyze data structure Card defective: - Check to make sure the tachograph card is valid. - Make sure the tachograph card is correctly inserted, if necessary insert properly. - Check the contacts of the tachograph card, clean them if necessary - Check tachograph card. - Check if another tachograph card is read correctly. - Clean the contacts of the card drawer Incorrect card: - Check to make sure the tachograph card is valid. - Make sure the tachograph card is correctly inserted, if necessary insert properly. - Check the contacts of the tachograph card, clean them if necessary - Check tachograph card. - Clean the contacts of the card drawer Internal fault: - Check UTC time on the DTCO 4.0 and use a test device to correct if needed. Break!: - Find a place to stop and pause for the required time. upgrade module not present: - No measures required. upgrade failed Error #FFFFFFFE: - Check DTCO 4.0. - Repeat software upgrade upgrade failed Error #00000001: - Check the voltage supply of the DTCO 4.0; correct the following if necessary: a) Connection plug and cable (pin assignment, poor connection, loose contact). b) Voltage values on terminals 30 and 15; within the specified range? - Make sure the DTCO 4.0 has a reliable voltage supply during the software upgrade, e.g. a lab power supply unit. - Repeat software upgrade upgrade failed Error #00000002: - check the function of the management device - Repeat software upgrade. upgrade failed Error #00000004: - Check front interface of the DTCO 4.0 - Check data connection and data cable - Check the interface and the function of the management device - Repeat software upgrade. upgrade failed Error #FFFFFFFF: - Check DTCO 4.0 - Repeat software upgrade
