Printout delayed: - During a long printout, the print head temperature is too high; wait to cool. Printout inconsistent: - Check tachograph card - Analyze data structure Card defective: - Check to make sure the tachograph card is valid. - Make sure the tachograph card is correctly inserted, if necessary insert properly. - Check the contacts of the tachograph card, clean them if necessary - Check tachograph card. - Check if another tachograph card is read correctly. - Clean the contacts of the card drawer Incorrect card: - Check to make sure the tachograph card is valid. - Make sure the tachograph card is correctly inserted, if necessary insert properly. - Check the contacts of the tachograph card, clean them if necessary - Check tachograph card. - Clean the contacts of the card drawer Internal fault: - Check UTC time on the DTCO 4.0 and use a test device to correct if needed.
