The anti-theft device is probably activated. The RTI unit has detected an incorrect chassis number via the CAN bus.The RTI unit has been moved to a different vehicle without the new vehicle's chassis number being registered via SDP3. After the battery power to the vehicle has been cut, the RTI unit has been started before the vehicle's starter key has been turned to the drive position.
