The tachograph has detected a fault in a comparison between the vehicle speed signal frequency signal and the data signal used for encryption.
Possible cause
Short-circuit or open-circuit in the cable harness between the road speed sensor and tachograph. Internal fault in the road speed sensor.Fault in the tachograph.The fault code can also be generated if the vehicle speed signal has been manipulated in some way.
