System reaction
If the voltage drop between 7 V and 9 V so the ECA will keep the position. If the voltage drope below 7V then neutral position will be engaged when braking to stop. After this the vehicle will not be able to drive off until the voltage returns to normal level over 16V.

Detection
The bit is set to true if the supply voltage is under 9V for more than 300ms, or even under 7V. The DTC will be sett even the voltage drop below 7V temporally. Below 7V, ECA goes to safe state and the ErrorStateAction bits are used for giving feedback about the failure. When voltage returns above normal level (16V) is when this bit is cleared.
