Check CAN connections, connectors and cable harnesses. Also check the gearbox control unit. Check the battery voltage. If everything is OK, renew the ECA

No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
ECA enters safe state. Clutch will close slowly and remain close until safe state is no longer active. Ignition needs to be cycled to leave safe state.
Diagnostic depth
Detection
This DTC indicates that the ECA reacts on any internal error with switching the shortcut brake on. If this DTC is active for longer time than 5 sec a new ignition cycle (off/on) is recommended to recover fully to normal operation mode.
Possible cause
Internal fault ECA.
