Check the cable harness and connectors. Check the other control units on the green CAN bus, using Scania Diagnos. Delete the fault code and test run the auxiliary heater and vehicle.

No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
The auxiliary heater is still operating correctly and can be activated and deactivated. If there are faults on any of the system control units on the green CAN bus, the CAN communication will not work.
