Diagnostic depth
Enable Condition: This error is monitored while heater is active. (LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerStarting or LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerActive or LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerStopping or LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerNotActive) Mature Threshold: Coolant temperature has overstepped upper threshold limit (typical value 140 °C). This DTC is reported by the heater core software. De-mature Criteria: Stable combustion reached after restart of heater: Heating request is switched off (HeaterModeRequest = DeactivateHeater) and on (HeaterModeRequest = NormalMode) and state HEATER RUNNING is reached
- insufficient coolant flow - blocked coolant circuit (e.g. shut off valve)
