- this DTC is stored in the error memory. - start procedure is aborted - failure afterrun is initiated Heater Actions: * This DTC is an error * Temporary Interlock is activated * counter "SZ / general error counter" is incremented
Diagnostic depth
Enable Condition: This error is monitored in the starting phase. (LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerStarting) Mature Threshold: Expected glow plug resistance not reached. This DTC is reported by the heater core software. De-mature Criteria: Stable combustion reached after restart of heater: Heating request is switched off (HeaterModeRequest = DeactivateHeater) and on (HeaterModeRequest = NormalMode) and state HEATER RUNNING is reached
- problems in power supply (voltage drops down when glow plug is active) - worn glow plug (resistance out of specified value) - defect glow plug
