- replace Electronic control unit ECU including the combustion air fan (combustion air fan assembly does include the ECU which must be replaced) - for further information see workshop manual only with development tools: - check SW / EOL - reflash ECU - clear error memory

System reaction
- this DTC is stored in the error memory - ECU gets stuck in the initialisation phase - no heating operation possible Heater Actions: * This DTC is an error * Temporary Interlock is activated
Diagnostic depth
Enable Condition: After power up of ECU. Mature Threshold: Validity check failed. This DTC is reported by the heater core software. De-mature Criteria: Validity check passed.
