Diagnostic depth
Enable Condition: This error is only detected during starting phase. (LS.Internal.HeaterStateSimplified = HeaterBurnerStarting) Mature Threshold: Formation of flame detected before permitted time (in state FLA/flame monitor inquiry). This DTC is reported by the heater core software. De-mature Criteria: Stable combustion reached after restart of heater: Heating request is switched off (HeaterModeRequest = DeactivateHeater) and on (HeaterModeRequest = NormalMode) and state HEATER RUNNING is reached
- remaining fuel in burner chamber - flame detected due to a overheated heat exchange after a non regular afterrun phase - leaking fuel pump - passive fuel feeding by degassing in fuel line - defect exhaust gas temperature sensor - blocked combustion air inlet
