Check speed range selector; Check ZF-CAN hardware; Switch off ignition; Connect terminal tester between TCU and vehicle; Measure resistance value of the CAN-Bus (pin 2 against pin 11), nominal value: 60 ohm; If you find deviations from nominal value, check wiring and components;
