Check the plate for damages and whether it is correctly mounted. Check the articulation angle sensor, the connectors and cable harness.

No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
When the DTC is active, the ACS malfunction warning will be active.

Detection
The DTC becomes active if the end position sensor has been activated for more than 10 seconds while the vehicle speed has been greater than 30 km/h. The DTC becomes inactive if the end position sensor has not been active during the last 10 seconds.
Possible cause
The sensor is defect. Short circuit or open circuit in the cable harness. The plate for which the sensor will be active may be damaged or moved out of its position.
