Plausibility error on proportional valve (PWM Output 5).
â–¶ How to fix
1. Check cable harness and connectors between ACS (E751) and proportional valve (V541). 2. Check proportional valve by resistance reading. Should be approx. 7-8 ohm. Replace valve if resistance is deviating outside specified tolerances.
What you'll see
Partial loss of damping functionality if the deviation between measured and expected current is too large.
System reaction
Amber ACS warning lamp Speed Limitation
Diagnostic depth
Detection
Measured current in circuit has a large deviation from the expected current.
Possible cause
- Leak currents due to: * Defect cable harness connecting ACS and proportional valve. * Defect connector in either ACS or proportional valve. - Damaged proportional valve (outside tolerances specified by manufacturer)
