Blocked reductant dosing unit inlet filter in the downstream dosing unit
The fault code is caused by mainly two different failure modes - reductant flow problems and elasticity problems For reductant flow problems, use the diagnostic tool to troubleshoot the reductant dosing system. Inspect and replace the prefilter of the reductant dosing unit and perform a dosing unit flow test. If the problem is not caused by reductant flow problems, inspect the dosing system to make sure only Scania original reductant hoses are used. Inspect the reductant pump filter housing to make sure the elastic membrane in the housing is intact.
