This fault code is an info fault code to indicate the system has failed to reach dosing. A primiary fault code is set which shuold indicate the root cause.
What you'll see
The engine will not be operating in the correct mode and consume more fuel.
System reaction
The system will not start to dose any reductant which lead to higher emissions.

Detection
The system is not reaching the dosing state within the calibrated time during normal conditions e.g warm climates, no risk for frozen reductant, no fault codes etc.
Possible cause
Blockage in same of the hoses. A faultcode is set without correct actions. Bad signal status of one or several sensors.
