Detection
The control signal to the reductant pump is much higher than expected for the actual dosing amount.
Possible cause
1. Blockage between the reductant tank and the pump 2. Blockage in the pressurized part of the system 3. One or both of the dosing units (V117, V231) are overdosing 4. The reductant pressure sensor in the dosing unit (V117) gives a value that is too high
