Blocked reductant concentration sensor
â–¶ How to fix
Check that the reductant tank is not empty and is not frozen. Remove the tank pick-up (T116) and check that the reductant concentration sensor is not blocked. Check the reductant with a refractometer. If the fault remains, change the tank pick-up.
