24V supply voltage error

Reset KL15. Check 24V supply system. Check contacting of terminals 30 and 31 at the device and mesasure the supply voltage in the vehicle. If the measured supply voltage is ok and the terminals 30 and 31 is ok, replace AXI hardware.
