CAN receive message timeout
Reset KL15, clear the passive DTC. If the DTC occurs frequently, check for interruptions in CAN communications due to loose contacting in CAN cables or terminating resistor connections. If the connections are fine, check for parameterization of commanding ECU like BMU.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
AXI will switch OFF when No CAN messages are received from the commanding ECU. It will resume operation once it starts receiving CAN messages. Then the DTC will become passive.
Diagnostic depth
Setpoint receive message is missing in CAN or not cyclic.
When no CAN message is received from the commanding ECU or when the CAN message is not cyclic, this DTC is set. It may occur during shutdown when AXI is still awake but the commanding ECU has stopped sending messages.
