System reaction
The functionality connected to the conflicting expansion units will stop working. These expansion units will stay degraded during the whole driving cycle. The system must be restarted to solve this problem.
Diagnostic depth
Illegal node address received in master. The expansion unit has not been configured properly.
* Faulty wiring on one or more of the expansion units identification pins (A4, A5, A6 and A7). * Bad contact on one or more of the expansion units identification pins (A4, A5, A6 and A7). * The expansion unit is running in boot mode (no valid software).
