Battery pack insulation measurement system failure
• If DTC 062D is also set, it is likely that an isolation fault has been triggered due to an unexpected confilicting isolation measurement from the charger. • Check for other DTC’s such as DTC 274 or 322 that indicates bad connection on measurements cables or defective components within the battery. Perform maintenance according to those instructions. • Consider as an insulation fault and follow procedure from DTC 0279, Insulation error. • If all cables and other components can be excluded dismount the battery pack according to instruction in Multi • Check the connectors between the IBU and BDU within the battery • Replace the IBU according instruction in Multi. NOTE! Replacing the IBU is considered an electrical work and shall only be performed by certified personnel. Vehicle shall be made safe according to electrical work procedure.
