DCC2 not charging 24V battery
1. Check other DTCs from DCC2 and BMU6. 2. If no other DCC related errors, check the circuit between 24V battery and DCC2 VCA connector for a poor (possibly intermittent) connection. 3. If nothing is wrong witht the VCA supply connector on the DCC2, check the BMU6 U30 supply voltage pin. 4. If no physical damage or disconnection is observed in either of these connections, replace the DCC2.

Diagnostic depth
If DCC2 reports voltage control and an output voltage that is close to the commanded setpoint the test is enabled. It then compares 24V level measured by BMU6 itself with the output voltage that DCC2 reports. If they differ more than a threshold and the DCC output current is close to zero for a validation time (10 seconds), the trouble code is triggered.
Plausible poor connection on VCA (i.e. output) side of DCC2 or the U30 supply voltage pin on BMU6.
