Restart the system. It the DTC is still active replace the unit.

System reaction
The GSM/GPRS communication to FMP does not work.
Diagnostic depth
Detection
The DTC becomes active when GSM-modem is in mode “on” or “sleep” and no SIM-card is detected or if the modem answers “no SIM-card”. The DTC becomes inactive when the SIM card is detected properly.
Possible cause
The SIM card is broken.
