The communication node will shut down at supply voltage 8V and the measure tolerance +/- 0.5V. A DTC has to be created by the unit before the supply voltage gets lower than the critical level for shut down.

Check power supply cables. Check the voltage regulator or the generator.

The supply voltage is measured. The trouble code is only generated if the wake up signal is available. The DTC becomes active when supply voltage is below 8.5V for 60s.

Communication node not correctly connected to the 24 voltage supply.
