• Check wiring (to parking brake high sensor) • Check connectors (to parking brake high sensor) • Check the parking brake high pressure sensor • Release the parking brake and the parking brake high signal (pin A35) shall be high (close to supply voltage). Note: The vehicle has to be driven (above 30 km/h) before the fault can be validated as not present.

System reaction
• If vehicle speed is less than 5 km/h a parking brake warning is shown in the instrument cluster even though the parking brake is not applied. • Remote (from body-work) engine start might be inhibited.
