Check operation and whether there is a short circuit in the direction indicator and wiper lever (S141) .Also check for shorting in the direction indicator wiring between the lever and control unit.

Detection
The control unit is receiving a signal from S24 that both the left and right direction indicators are to be turned on at the same time.
Possible cause
Short circuit in the direction indicator and wiper lever (S24 in S141) or in the wiring.
