DIS2 β Vehicle speed compensation factor exceeding limits
Perform: - Check TCO for DTC:s and perform action according to that. - Check BMS for DTC:s and perform action according to that. - Check COO for DTC:s and perform action according to that. - For vehicles with DAS: Check DAS for DTC:s and perform action according to that. - Remove any device that could affect the vehicle speed signal. - Update modified vehicle according to rebuilt instructions.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
Functions dependent on a fully operational DIS2 are degraded. Examples listed below. - target detection - target selection - path prediction - misalignment detection DIS2 will be degraded. DIS2 target output will be error.
Diagnostic depth
This DTC is set active if DIS2 vehicle speed compensation factor is more than +/- 9,5%.
DIS2 internal speed estimation doesnβt match the vehicle speed. This occurs when: β’ TCO is wrongly calibrated or broken β’ BMS is wrongly calibrated or broken β’ The vehicle speed is manipulated in some way β’ Vehicle has been modified/rebuild without adjustments to vehicle parameters and/or calibration. Examples changed tire size, rear axle ratio, gearbox changed.
