CAN Bus communication failure.

Step-1: Check the Error-Memory of other ECUs if they show any Error in Electrical parts. (Note. Defective CAN-Transceiver or of other Units can cause CAN-Line-Shortage) Step-2. Take the corresponding Repair-Action for other ECUs. Step-3: Check if the CAN-High-Line is shortened to Ground. Step-4: Check if the CAN-Low-Line is shortened to Ubat. What you'll see

Steering might feel less comfortable especially when driving with low speeds (e.g. during parking-maneuver).

System reaction

No active CAN communication possible.

Diagnostic depth

Detection

The DTC will set during the following condition: 1.System state: NMWait, PreDrive, DriveDown, DriveUp, PostRun, Off, Error, Flash, LowVolt. 2.System voltage is above 6v. 3.System voltage is below 42v.

Possible cause

On of the following: - CAN-High-Line shortened to CAN-Low-Line, - CAN-High-Line shortened to GROUND (Battery minus), - CAN-Low-Line shortened to SUPPLY (Battery plus). - Hardware-CAN-Controller detected that CAN-Bus Transmission is no more possible.
