Engine Intake Manifold #1 Pressure, sensor plausible high.
If suspected freezing conditions make sure that sensors have time to defrost before taking further actions. Check the sensors, their connectors Compare the value from the boost pressure sensor and the ambient pressure sensor. A functional sensor should show a value corresponding to the current ambient pressure (~1000hPa at sea level) while engine is not running. If the boost pressure sensor deviates, replace that sensor and run test again. The test is done by turning key on without starting the engine. It will run immediately and the error code should disappear or become passive.
What you'll see
Black smoke from exhaust The feeling that the engine is tired Misfire
System reaction
The engine power might be reduced High exhaust temperature Misfire
Diagnostic depth
The EMS compares the boost pressure sensor (T122) and other absolute pressure sensor when ignition is turned, before the starter motor is activated
The boost pressure sensor (T122) might be defective. Connectors might be oxidized Humidity in sensor may cause a slight offset. When ambient temperature are under freezing conditions there is a possibility the sensor has frozen
