Verify that the gearbox type is correct. If not, flash correct EOL-parameters to control unit.

Detection
The split gear ratio is checked when the clutch is closed. The engine speed is compared against the input shaft speed (calculated from the layshaft speed using the gear ratio between layshaft and input shaft)
Possible cause
Gearbox type has been changed. EOL-parameters does not match the hardware.
