Supply currents too high
- Check connected components, cable harness and connectors for mechanical damage. - Check that no components have been connected except such included in the door system from the factory. - If the system checks out all right and the DTC is set repeatedly it could be due to internal faults in the TCC , contact Scania Global Technical Support for advice.
What you'll see
- Limited door functionality or complete loss of some functions depending on how many of the power rails or low-side outputs that are affected. - One or more fuse is blown.
System reaction
.
Diagnostic depth
The TCC has detected that currents supplied to the TCC power connections or drained by low-side outputs on the TCC have exceeded the following limits for >5 s: V1: 20 A V2: 20 A V3: 20 A Total supplied current (V1+V2+V3): 30 A Total drained current (all low-side outputs): 18 A
- Actuators conncted to the TCC have higher power consumption than expected due to component faults, for example. - Additional unapproved components could have been connected to the TCC . - Hardware failure..
