â–¶ How to fix

Detection
The PTC5 CAN message contains a sequence counter to ensure data consistency. The software compares the expected counter value to the counter vale contained in the message. A fault code is set if the counter values don't match for a specified amount of messages,
Possible cause
Mismatch in communication between the BCI and TMS. Possible reasons for the fault are a high load on the CAN bus or faulty BCI software.
